What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage keys. Cloudlink Hub uses a first-visit consent banner so you can Accept or Reject optional cookies. Rejecting does not block access to educational pages about Offline Vault Status Ledger topics.

Types we use

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
cloudlink_hub_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject choice for the consent banner Until cleared (localStorage) Cloudlink Hub
clh_session_route Essential routing aid for form success messaging on some hosts Session Cloudlink Hub
_clh_analytics Optional anonymized page-view counts 6 months Cloudlink Hub (only if accepted)

How to manage or disable cookies

Use the banner choices on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice. Browser controls also let you block third-party cookies globally. Disabling essential storage may cause the banner to reappear.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts or images loaded from third-party CDNs may set their own cookies according to those providers’ policies. We select providers that support educational delivery; review their notices if you restrict third-party storage.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics does not remove course pages, contact forms, or Microsoft Store links. You may see the consent banner again after clearing storage. Some preference features that rely on localStorage will reset.
