Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, optional topic, message content.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and approximate access times when logs are enabled by our host.
• Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a Cloudlink Hub–prefixed key. See our Cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

We process contact data to respond to inquiries (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We process technical logs to maintain security and availability. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the consent banner.

Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent choices remain until you clear site data or change your preference.

User rights

Depending on applicable law in Korea and your place of residence, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Email support@cloudlink-hub.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

International transfers

If our hosting or email providers process data outside Korea, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) are in place. Educational content about Offline Vault Status Ledger does not require you to upload vault operational secrets; please avoid sending sensitive site credentials through the contact form.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers who process it on our instructions, or when required by law.

Children

The site is directed to adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates to this Privacy Policy with a revised date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the homepage notice area when appropriate.
